The Attorney General remarked that the Prisoner's statement was certainly corroborated by the evidence of the wounded woman, since deceased, who, in her declaration taken at the Civil hospital, when cross-examined by the Prisoner, said that, when he was wounded he came down to attend her.
"Under these circumstances it is unanimously Resolved, that Tw-a-on be reprieved till further orders."
